I agree with everything that has been said on the previous comments that ranked Positive Luxury at 1 star. The company is poorly managed, and employees are treated with zero respect. Many colleagues were reduced to tears on a weekly basis due to the ridiculous expectations placed upon them by an incredibly confrontational CEO. Employees are expected to work ridiculous hours for very low wages. The company still classifies itself as a start-up, despite being in its 8th year of growth. This is due to the high staff turnover and the lack of direction and KPIs. Employees are never rewarded or praised Can guarantee that all of the higher rankings on this page will have been posted by management currently working at Positive Luxury
