      Brilliant senior leadership team in all departments, amazing training and support from day 1, I hesitated applying because I listened to other previous employees. I never should have! Best move I ever made.

      Management incapable of doing hands on care work. Bloated management structure Toxic management environment Troublesome deputy manager received promotion. Nepotism at play Ill-informed, unexperienced and lacking knowledge and standoffish due to this!

      Management disorganized, Consistently disorganized rotas and routines from management Training isnt actually legally compliant HR and Payroll are notoriously difficult to deal with HR will actively defend malpractice in the organization
