Pros

+ Free supervision + Possibility to earn bonuses and conference incentives

Cons

- From the main office, to the regional offices, the main focus of PBS is their bottom line despite promoting to put families first. - Supervisee does work while supervisor bills for it since insurance reimburses at higher rate - Positions of leadership given based on popularity, and not earned based on merit - Communication is abysmal. Expectations aren't clear. You will end up having to do additional free work that was not previously expected of you. - While supervision is free, support lacks direction and objectivity. - Supervisors dump work on their subordinates when they don't want to do it

Thank you for your feedback! I am glad to hear that you find our free supervision and mentoring as a benefit to your ABA education and career! I see that you also mentioned our conference bonuses, and I do hope that you have been able to take advantage of this benefit at your state ABA conference! I am sorry to hear that the communication with your regional team has been less than what you expected. I see that you are a current employee. I would gladly invite further direct and open conversation to discuss and rectify some of these concerns you have brought up. When we say #familiesfirst we truly do want the best for both our client families, and the families of our employees! Please feel free to message me at athacker@teampbs.com! - Amanda Thacker, Recruitment Manager

Pros

A collaborative, knowledgeable clinical team, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact on clients and their families. The company provides ongoing training, encourages professional growth, and offers supervisor support as needed. There is a strong focus on evidence-based practices and quality clinical services.

Cons

Technology systems can occasionally be inefficient, leading to extra time spent on documentation or scheduling. Caseloads and client hours may fluctuate based on staffing and client availability.

Pros

They have a great system for student analyst as well as for analysts, and RBTs, you can choose the cases you support that bets align with your lication and set of skills. The leadership team is extremely helpful. The communication system tgey have created with the app is great and easy to use

Cons

You have to create your own notes, there is only one company wide meeting a quarter per area and sometimes there are changes taking place in the ABA like with insurances or new requirements and a lot of times we do not find out until later. Also for the meetings I think it will be really helpful to record them and then if someone can not make it to be able to have access to the recording as a lot of times the RBTs can not miss their sessions
