Pros

You can make your own schedule to fit your life style.

Cons

They basically put warm bodies in positions so it is really hard in some places to get the support from supervisors you need.

Pros

A collaborative, knowledgeable clinical team, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact on clients and their families. The company provides ongoing training, encourages professional growth, and offers supervisor support as needed. There is a strong focus on evidence-based practices and quality clinical services.

Cons

Technology systems can occasionally be inefficient, leading to extra time spent on documentation or scheduling. Caseloads and client hours may fluctuate based on staffing and client availability.

Pros

They have a great system for student analyst as well as for analysts, and RBTs, you can choose the cases you support that bets align with your lication and set of skills. The leadership team is extremely helpful. The communication system tgey have created with the app is great and easy to use

Cons

You have to create your own notes, there is only one company wide meeting a quarter per area and sometimes there are changes taking place in the ABA like with insurances or new requirements and a lot of times we do not find out until later. Also for the meetings I think it will be really helpful to record them and then if someone can not make it to be able to have access to the recording as a lot of times the RBTs can not miss their sessions
