-This is not a company it's a jail where you work as a prisoner for 12 hours a day. - The higher management will threaten you if you put your papers down. So once you join this company your career is finished. - If you log off before 12hrs then they will start putting pressure on you indirectly. - Company lacks basic infrastructure. They give you old used laptops to work on. - They hire salves from engineering colleges who are jobless and are willing to work for 24X7. - They don't even have a proper website.
