Encouraging Work Environment - Anonymous employee PoshVine Employee Review

Its been a couple of months and I am in awe with the ppl around. Every person is approachable and very helpful. While my previous work profile was nowhere close to the current one, my team members and seniors have assisted me to settle in. There is a great positivity when I walk in every morning and ppl like Guru, Samarth & Anu have been an encouragement to progress on my OKR's. There is a regular huddle meeting conducted to check the progress and solutions discussed to achieve the goals.

Haven't been through any downsides, yet. If any will update for references.

The last 6-7 years have been a great learning curve in my professional career. Since joining PoshVine, I have had privy to the working life of a start up, growth from a simple product to a full fledged company, established clients and built lasting merchant relationships. Its amazing to work with young motivated group of people in an environment which is both casual and professional.

The environment get a little tense with work pressure but that anyway keeps everyone motivated. So its a good thing.
