Pros

The only pro working here was that the industry that Posh focuses on is exciting. However, nothing else about Posh or its employees is flattering. I'm guessing that every positive review here on glassdoor is a "paid" review. I would highly recommend that any person looking to join this company do their research, take some of the current (previous) employees out of the office and in a comfortable environment to get the real scoop. CEO will make new potential hires meet existing employees, and due to fear, the employees will give you positive feedback during the tour. Do not fall for it.

Cons

Where to begin? First, leadership and innovation is virtually non-existent. The CEO and his wife (who runs recruiting) runs this place in a very non-professional manner. There is very little respect, trust or positivity in this work environment, and most days I hated coming in to work. Yelling matches are common, and the CEO talks down to pretty much all the employees. There have been rumors of non-payment of salaries, salaries being cut on a whim in spite of contracts, and borderline unethical practices with customers and partners. If you do intend on working here, be prepared for a high stress environment. not because the work isn't fun - like i mentioned, its a new and exciting industry, with plenty of opportunity. Its the company management - an employee should not have to worry about things like getting paid, having his employment terms changed randomly, being yelled at and ridiculed in meetings, having your email and browser history checked to make sure you aren't looking for other jobs, etc.

Pros

An incredible team of top talent and creative smarts, technical acumen and business experts have been assembled to work and play together. The opportunity here is like no other company I have ever worked for. The passion and commitment to growing in excellence is a chief accelerator for this company.

Cons

It is a crazy start up, entrepreneurial time for some of the new branches of business for Posh. It is not for the weak of heart, or those who just want to be given tasks and assignments. Posh is a seize the opportunity company.

Pros

Fellow team members were smart, talented people trying to do their best.

Cons

When I look at the (only) positive reviews on this site, which are written by a "recruiter," I am suspicious that some member of the brass wrote them all in an effort to make the company look good. And that is exactly the kind of thinking that this place engenders: something is going on behind the scenes to manipulate things in the company's favor. As for working there on a daily basis, the worst part was the setting of expectations and schedules with no input from those actually doing the work. I know of several contractors who were given ridiculous amounts of work with short deadlines that required working nights and weekends to do even a halfway decent job. And then they were told that overtime wasnt allowed so they couldnt be paid for extra hours. I know many companies want to restrict overtime, but doing this ethically requires careful management of resources.
