Communication isn’t the greatest between colleagues

Nice working environment, Bonuses at the end of the year, good benefits, etc.

Too much micromanaging, management was somewhat bad in regards to setting the tone, hiring outside the company made it hard to grow, I basically had to train a new manager who was over me lol, like what???
