For people who have a good chunk of experience you may be limited salary-wise and growth-wise. Employees do not pay for health care but the coverage isn't the best. Generous certification reimbursement, up to 3 attempts before you need to pay for it yourself.

Business model prioritizes time spent on issues vs actually resolving problems fully. Bonuses are based on metrics that can be really difficult to reach depending on what you are tasked with. Not much PTO when starting out.
