Relationship based IT and network consulting company. Focus on long term relationships. Employees are long term and they know their stuff. Recent shift into specialized verticals has seen them quite a bit of growth very quickly, but the company has a stable base from a 2 decade history. Tight "family-like" culture.

Small local company so not a big "Microsoft" or "Google" but that can be a pro as well.

Small IT firm where your able to work on anything you're interested in learning and able to expand your skills. Professional improvement is endorsed and supported, as long as you ask. It's a good group of engineers and management truly understand that it's staff is the true value of the company. Co-workers and owner are a good group of people. The owner is one of the best people I have ever worked for. Work place is casual and was a fun place to work. If you're uptight and don't have a since of humor, probably not the place for you.

Not always to most efficient work place and one offs are a fact of life. Kinda goes with the small IT firm environment, but I can't really say the bigger environments are any better.
