This place has a very laid-back environment where you won't need to do too much work to get the job done. The people you encounter daily usually makes the experience great and the co-workers are usually the best part of it. Another positive take would be the amount of coffee knowledge you learn. If you are truly into coffee and want to either take coffee to the next level, the people on staff are more than equipped to train. They do have a strict way on how to make the coffee for customers, but other than that you learn a lot.
