Pros

Very little is expected of managers

Cons

I was surprised to learn when I started as a resident manager with this company, that virtually no one had even seen or visited the property they manage. They don’t care. They don’t respond to service orders. They are still in the 1980’s using faxes and mailing checks instead of email and direct deposits. Impossible.

Pros

To sum it up easy but busy. The work itself is not very difficult but will be constant throughout the day.

Cons

Currently operating above their capacity which means extra stress on the current staff. Need to increase their capacity in order to continue expanding

Pros

Top executives speak Spanish and English is difficult to communicate with any subtlety

Cons

Although there is a legal team, you won’t know it until you try to handle a situation yourself. You can appear in court and then later be yelled at by the owner. Because none of your training for the company informed you that you may be hit by scams and scammers and to report anything legal situation; do not try to handle it yourself
