      Pros

      Well positioned portfolio (diverse and growing). Very transparent in business decisions and company financials. Justin (Owner and President) is readily available and open to ideas. Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      -Building lots of "websites", but labeled as a custom software development firm. Should begin to invest in CI, Visual Design and UX. -Difficult at times to understanding who is responsible for what. -Stretched pretty thin which only allowed for being reactive vs. proactive.

      - Rates are more locally competitive as opposed to national - Lack of career roadmap/ladder can be a challenge for people who might be early in career
