      very flexible workload set commissions

      they do not have a set training program commissions are low (100$ per car) management is slow to help career progression

      Great work environment. Management is great especially Joe and Zach.

      Pros

      Being able to drive all of the cars, the customers are exceptionally nice, the atmosphere is not stressful, and free lunches on Saturdays

      Cons

      The pay is terrible, and not sustainable for anybody who wants to live.
