Pros
It's a relatively high level of sports, and the relationships with other people throughout the league could be beneficial.
Cons
They don't pay well, they overwork employees and expect the world of them. Nobody in the front office enjoyed working there. There was a TON of pressure from management to generate more sales and revenue, and a constant looming threat of being laid off.
