      Get paid to help people in all different types of crisis.

      Cons

      Currently dealing with the ins and outs of the homeless crisis and our bureau being understaffed. Experiencing burn out and mandatory overtime.

      Government work is government work, unions help you and also protect terrible employees, no training for new jobs, managers w no management training
