Cannot really think of any cons, except that the technology being used seemed a little outdated and they could really use an upgrade of their software and their systems.
PDC staff get to work on interesting real estate development and economic development projects in Portland and Oregon. The work is rewarding and the staff are all very smart and experienced professionals. It was a pleasure working here.

The PDC is a high pressure environment with sometimes intense public scrutiny on the projects and outcomes. Navigating this pressure can be difficult.
