Supportive and active member participation. Great staff teams.
Cons
Trying to figure out collaboration with previously "competing" associations has been difficult at times but is moving in right direction

Pros
Once was a focused group with strong member support, smart people who worked together - with pride and tradition. Was a generally good environment. Was a prideful and prestigious place to work.
Cons
Current CEO leadership is absent. Company is in disarray. CEO is more interested in promoting other interests, than prioritizing PCA. Moral is extremely low. No direction. No cooperation. No communication. A penchant for favoritism. We have watched some very good talent walk out the door because of CEO. More are preparing to walk the same path. This is not a group to join at this time
