Pros

You get a paycheck every two weeks, and it usually has all your hours on it

Cons

This company has an employee that have been here nine years with no raises making minimum wage management that have been here between 3 to 7 years and make almost minimum wage. They promise you upon the higher that you will get an automatic raise yearly and that does not happen. The manager is a child in her early twenties and likes to party! The district manager Linda fricke, will not give you raises because she thinks minimum wage is already paying us too much. Even her assistant manager is only make a dollar over minimum wage. Supervisors get $0.50 over minimum wage. They do not raise Management's or anybody making more than minimum wage when minimum wage goes up. So that makes people that have been lucky enough to get raises, and usually it's pretty small back to making minimum wage or barely above it. You will not get your yearly raise you'll often be missing hours off your paycheck and you will be treated like a sacrificial employee not as an essential employee. During the covid-19 outbreak it took them 4 months to get us any gloves masks sanitizer or sneeze guard. And gave us five extra dollars per shift of 6 hours or less and $10 for 8 hours or more, for only 2 pay periods. (Bi-weekly)
