Pros
Some of the people there are truly the best at what they do.
Cons
The past two years have been very challenging for most London employees, marked by poor leadership and minimal recognition for hard work. We lost some of our most competent colleagues in the past 12 months, and top talent continues to leave. A lot of incompetent sycophants desperate to climb to the top by saying yes to everything the leadership wants without challenging bad practices. Employees are treated like children, with enforced office days and the threat of HR and leadership monitoring our entry and exit times. Attempts to sway employee survey results and ‘Best Places to Work’ awards with incentives such as drinks or promised days off are not uncommon, further undermining the credibility of any positive scores the company receives.
