      Pros

      PN has a great culture and there are lots of opportunities for progression if you want them. The clients are absolutely awesome and the variety of work is great. Good work life balance, but definitely there are spikes from time to time.

      Cons

      You can't pick and choose what you work on so you need to be prepared to do whatever's required on any number of clients.
