      The benefit for working at Porter is you aren't micromanaged if you are completing your job. A successful employee already knows how to work successfully so the help is focused instead on anyone who might be struggling.

      Pros

      Fun environment, nice people to work with, it is a great place to spend your day if your a car enthusiast.

      Cons

      The hours are extremely long and it's tough to maintain a balanced work/home/social life. The benefits package isn't as good as it should be for people who devote so much of their time and energy to the company.
