Good company - Executive Portek Employee Review

Open door policy, employed quite a number of foreigners and give them lots opportunities to grow with the company. Nice physical office environment.

Power play and office politics across various levels, reckon it's relatively common in other companies to some extent. It's a little unfortunate that there are a couple of senior & top executives behaving too self centered, autocratic and individualistic, and not willing to compromise for the sake of the big picture and good of the organization.

Fantastic colleagues and working culture. High level of independence given by the management. Fast growing company.

Not much cons. Friendly colleagues and culture, many out of work activities organized by HR. Alot of social responsibility activities are organized as well. Annual dinner is great fun too !
