I have never seen a worse CEO and COO combination at a firm EVER. They create a toxic work environment, create a fear based culture as their way of motivating people, hire for jobs above people before they even know about them, and the COO speaks negatively about people in front of other people....I have never seen a COO talk badly to others as a way to build her own relationships.
For a company that prides themselves on being competitive, consider looking at what you play your operations teams, it is comically below average for the work expectations. Except to never get raises here unless someone really likes you.
