Large company but at the project level it’s a family. Lots of highly skilled professionals to learn from and very interesting work.

As a government contractor company is limited in what is allowable in terms of compensation. Standard in the industry so it comes with the territory and salaries are above average and benefits are far superior to comparable positions in the private sector.

You can't beat the benefits, good pay, and flexibilty. You are welcomed and treated as family.

I have no complaints at all!
