      The colleagues are quite nice

      Perfomance review is purely subjective which quite bit un-professional. Hard to communicate makes it hard to ask about the job that should be done.

      Good teammates, learn about ERP and Odoo, had a chance to get involved with the process even though I'm a sales team, hybrid setup

      Cons

      coaching system needs to be revamped, kinda hard to progress even to change to other roles to consultant or analyst
