      - Plenty of opportunities to grow professionally and personally (training/courses etc) - Very transparent in communications and decisions made at the top - Allow everyone to ask questions, which are answered in an open forum

      Great Team, yearly events and good salary

      Cons

      Lots of redundancies and people leaving. More than half of the company is gone since I joined here. Company is unable to secure new clients and existing ones leaving too. Talented people left the company now and there is no hope here in this company after they are losing money now.
