Even with being fully remote, the progressive culture at this company is amazing! During the interviews, people actually took the time to get to know me and it flowed more like a conversation. I feel supported with my work and truly feel like I am a part of a team and people have my back. They encourage you “own your climb” and grow and better yourself not only as an employee but as a person. Plenty of room for growth throughout the company if you wanted to move to another position as well. If you have an opinion, you are encouraged to share and it’s always valued and listened to. Gives us a “treat yourself fund” to spend on non-work related activities (spas, concerts, travel, etc). Plenty of PTO. Quarterly/Annual bonuses. Tuition reimbursement. Training/certification reimbursement. Free book of your choice every month. Excellent onboarding and training experience. First week is dedicated only to learning about the company and what’s its values are.
