- low pay
- there was a lot of pressure to keep the culture alive while working from home during COVID. I get this, but as a whole everyone is struggling with everything and being told that we need to participate in video chats or make time to talk to our peers when we were extremely busy was annoying at best.
- there's a lot of pressure to work off the clock to meet your deadlines, even though no one really spoke about it. There is a lot of work that needs to be done for everyone and management didn't really like to assist.
- there's not much room for growth
-technology is utterly outdated and clunky. Almost every climber has probably suggested that they upgrade because there's a LOT of manual work.
-There's little in terms of diversity and inclusion.
