Everyone at Populus cares about their job, co-workers and customers. The hiring process is long but for very good reasons, we value our culture and fight hard to protect it. Leadership is always looking for ways to increase employee satisfaction and takes feedback very well. Because it's a mid-size company there are a lot of opportunities for growth. We don't look to pigeon hold anyone into what they've done before, but instead look at the potential of an individual. It's not just fluff, they walk the talk in all that they do.
