Pros
-They value people and work with things that life throws at you and understand that family is "team one" -Work/life balance is also valued, but everyone works hard to get work done meaning it does come home some days depending on your role, but it is not required. -Awesome stress account that allows you to expense things like a gym membership, concert tickets, and a manicure now and then -The culture is very open and trust is valued highly -Great free book program that empowers continued learning -They encourage (and pay for) lunches with people from other teams to build trust and relationships in the company -Easy to talk to higher level people, there are few barriers to talking to anyone in the company for answers
Cons
-We are not currently able to work from home unless under specific circumstances; some roles this would be nice for at least one day a week -Structure of teams is not always the most efficient for each account, too much emphasis given to titles instead of roles
