Pros
Mainly relies on H1B . Very transparent, very careful and proactive following all DOL and immigration laws.On time pay, very smooth and clear job offering process and on-boarding process. They also work on percentage basis and keeps very moderate margin.
Cons
Do not keep any H1B holders on bench even 1 single day. They revoke your H1B the day your project ends. No hierarchy define and mostly employee stuck with one or two resources for all there need. Very high attrition rate in administrative and immigration matter team. Very young people in the administrative and immigration matter team and they are very adamant and sometime unprofessional too. They never take your call if they do not want to answer something but when they ask something they want it within 5 minutes. Totally useless health insurance.
