Pros

There was an extensive training program which helped all new employees. There was also a lot of support on the team when we got backed up. They have great benefits and management is not micromanaging, which I found to be more suitable.

Cons

They had a very collaborative team. This could be good but bad too. It got in the way of my self development and they had way too many meetings. It got in the way of completing my own tasks. They also enabled an unhealthy relationship between our CSC's and our client. We took a lot of verbal abuse when we weren't even profiting much from the client.
