Some really good and talented people work at PAI

Cons

Poor executive leadership, work-life balance (CEO has no boundaries outside of working hours), rapidly declining business (loss of contracts/programs - no new business) Staff have gone years without salary increases but CEO has gotten multiple bonuses each year. Most staff are currently funded through the overhead budget and not billable to a program - because there is no measurable work.
