Not the best experience - Graphic Designer Popular Book Employee Review

- u earn quite abit of money if you are okay with working 4-5 days a week and from morning till closing - time can past quite fast when thrs crowd - the full-time staffs are generally quite nice and helpful; so working environment is quite okay

- only one type of shift from opening to closing with 2 1hr breaks. - busy during school holidays - have to juggle between displaying stocks and attending to customer’s enquiries - you will be so busy till u have not much time to finish displaying stocks - I was in the english department; basically managing all the storybooks; the amount of stocks that comes in from mon-thur is crazy and there are barely enough space left to hold all the remaining stocks that cant be placed on shelves

Leaning way to solve customers problems New assistant manager very kind and like to help junior .

Long working hours , bad management by spinster manager, lack of manpower with larger sized of bookstore Tampines Clerk and text &accessment senior staff always throw their frustration to the juniors. No showing team working spirit
