      Not a Busy bank at all

      The system is out of date, there not open to hear ideas especially in the branch levels they need to pay ssa more especially if there in a branch with one tellers. And also onboarding is horrible you have to chase after people to get access to get your job done

      Competitive pay, benefits (401k match) and 20 days of PTO

      Cons

      Many constant organizational changes, culture shifts, etc. Currently slowly returning fully to office. Great People but some bad seeds that need cleaning
