Cons
- Management is not present and actively finds things criticize with little support when you have any issues, have a back bone to them or they will make you feel worthless. - CEO is heartless in town halls about layoffs and then wonders why staffs questions are anonymous. - HR takes 4 months to complete interview process and will get you a start date days after the deadline of bonuses for the next year, so you'll need to wait 2 years before you see your bonus. - Annual deliverables with promised bonus are littered with fine print to make sure you do the deliverables but they can pull back the carrot any time to ensure no payout.
