      Pros

      It’s lovely working at PB, there’s room for job growth and I really appreciate the flexibility here. Another pro for me is the fact that PB is literally like a little family, so it makes things so much easier.

      Cons

      The role here can be very repetitive, so if you’re someone that doesn’t like repetitive things then you might not cope well.

      Pros

      If you do your job and are a responsible employee they will treat you the same in return. They are very open and reasonable with personal appointments, family events and when 'life happens'. It's a great place to work if you enjoy flexibility in your day/work. This however does come with the expectation that you get your work done and are a solid team member.

      There really are not any notable cons.
