Pros

Some staff genuinely want to help customers and improve the bank but they are vastly outnumbered.

Cons

Many micro-managing leaders, and some are mediocre and bullying to boot. Little to no processes and procedures. No onboarding/training. It’s sink or swim Technologically immature. Most front and back office staff are apathetic with minimal accountability. Mediocre benefits.

Good teammates at branch level

Cons

Unorganized management, understaffed and pushing new initiatives while their current employees are drowning in basic job responsibilities. Stingy pay increases. Poor communication between departments. Inaccurate information on policies and procedures. Prioritizes business development over community and client needs.
