The pay is competitive, the work itself is meaningful, and the expectations are clear. The culture here makes coming to work something you actually look forward to. A huge part of that comes from the leadership at the top. Ash is an incredible leader. It’s clear that the culture of excellence and respect throughout the bank starts with leadership like his. What stands out most about Poppy Bank is that there is always room to grow.
