Working for Poppy Bank has been one of the best professional experiences I’ve ever had. The environment is supportive, positive, and truly team-oriented. From day one, you feel respected, valued, and set up to succeed. Leadership invests in their employees, and that creates a culture where people genuinely want to do their best and support each other. The pay is competitive, the work itself is meaningful, and the expectations are clear. It’s rare to find a workplace where you feel both professionally challenged and personally supported at the same time, but this bank manages to do exactly that. The culture here makes coming to work something you actually look forward to. A huge part of that comes from the leadership at the top. Ash is an incredible leader. His vision, professionalism, and commitment to both employees and customers set the tone for the entire organization. It’s clear that the culture of excellence and respect throughout the bank starts with leadership like his. What stands out most about Poppy Bank is that there is always room to grow. Opportunities for advancement are real here, and the company actively supports employees who want to build a long-term career. Because of that, I can honestly say I don’t see myself ever leaving. When you find a place that treats people well, pays fairly, and offers real opportunity to grow, you hold onto it.

None what so ever, Maybe just random provided food

This company is so shady !!! Upper management constantly lies to your face for their own benefits, constant turn over, they put people on random write ups so if they fire you, you can't sue them. All departments are so rude and no one wants to help you. When it comes to bonus, in a shady way they find ways not to pay you! Board member do all sort of shady stuff and have a terrible reputation in the community. The bank says it is community bank, but they have now over 50 branches !!! The upper management only cares about opening new branches- Working there was constant mind torture from all sides, specifically the market managers and Senior leaders from all departments. All of their good reviews and best places to work ratings are artificially created buy giving gift cards to employees that vote the most, none of it is real. Run away, I rather work for Uber than work for Poppy Bank !!! Do not trust their HR department at all, they are even more shady than the upper management
