      Some excellent people Genuine interest in their employees Strives hard to do better

      Some of the most mediocre people in key roles I have ever come across Over reliance on a dated product Their analytics product is poor - looks great but doesn't provide any real insights CEO doesn't pay attention to meaningful feedback

      Flexible schedule, loved the people I worked with.

      Revolving door in leadership and high turnover rate. Felt like constant layoffs.
