      Great working environment, use bleeding edge technologies, good benefits, hire people based on compatibility with the rest of the team not just how good an engineer they are.

      Cons

      Could use slightly better benefits. Lot of staff starting in a short period of time.

      Flexible for remote work or WFH.

      Cons

      constant changes, no direction, goal changes with each leadership change every few months. No consistency. Massive layoffs constantly
