The R&D Center was based inside the Corporate Office. Anytime new menu items that were created the employees were given an opportunity to sample and give our feedback. We also had the opportunity to use the gym in the building. We had healthfairs every year. During flu season we had a nurse to come in and give flu shoots at a discounted rate. The company would allow the employees to travel to high profile events. We had excellent benefits including bonus checks each year. During company meetings names are put in a hat and pulled for prizes including cash.
