      Upper management is out of touch with employees and responsibilities, lack of support. . lack of investment in employees. . work/life balance is terrible. ."boy's club" environment. .

      Pros

      Good benefits, friendly coworkers, all staff is treated equally - very little feeling of rank on a daily, working basis.

      Cons

      Besides annual COLAs, this company does not give salary adjustments. They also have unfair practices in advancement opportunities.
