Unprofessional work environment - Restaurant Manager PopMega Employee Review

The upper-management is very unprofessional with their approach to employees. I have felt very uncomfortable in the presence of some of the upper-management team as they clearly have very little communication skills. They are too concerned about making a profit, creating a hostile work environment that does not care for their employees.
