Pros
The task given doesn't match the pay given. Staff are often expected to work based on the manager's terms, and sometimes we are being held off finishing our shift on time. That means we aren't getting paid for the extra work hours unless its an OT. Saying NO is a sin; they (the manager) will make your life a living hell.
