They have work so that is good. The office is decent. That is it.
Cons
They all drank the republican political kool-aid for sure, and if you do not agree with their politics you will be shunned. Pretty sure some of their business practices are illegal but I can't prove it The extremely hard right campaign videos they make are bad. Mediocre at best, But there is an attitude by 'senior' management like they are filmmakers who are making true art. It's very bizarre to watch. I have sat in creative meetings where they know they are purposely deceiving the audience and none of that matters. Keeping candidates happy and Influencing voters is more important than doing honest work. Complete lack of organization prior and during production shoots which carries over to post production. I would avoid this company at all costs.
