Poor management and unprofessional hiring practices - Anonymous employee Pontica Solutions Employee Review

The company has a pattern of hiring employees and then terminating them before the end of their probation period to avoid providing a notice period. The management is extremely poor, and the interview process is often handled unprofessionally. During interviews, employees have been known to take screenshots of candidates and laugh at them, which is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Many people in management appear to have obtained their positions through personal relationships rather than merit. Overall, this is a poorly managed company, and I would not recommend working there.
