Pros

It was great to have the small private space to work with clients. There are two locations relatively close to one another. One is smaller, than the other. The smaller is great for that one-on-one engagement.

Cons

Unorganized, overbearing, and unproductive. If you think you're coming here to be a personal trainer to help reach client's goals and improve your training style, that's not happening. Be prepared to focus primarily on SALES. Not a good salesman? Too bad, they'll force you do cold calls in the basement with a controlling a manager. Cleaning, which is always expected in a fitness facility, is expressed in lists that are patronizing as though you've never held a sponge or vacuum in your life. Yet their equipment such as medicine balls and kettlebells are visibly grody with dirt. They pride themselves on having a "unique" approach to new clients, but it's counter intuitive, overwhelming and messy. Their management enjoys flexing power at every chance they get, understandably, because you can see how miserable they are deep down with a company that is drowning. The same company that considers itself a "start-up" after 12+ years... I don't know, but it appears there needs to be more open honesty on the floor. The owner comes off as a fun, lighthearted person, but soon shows you her true colors if you step on their toes without the intention. She will make you sign a NDA for ideas that she knows in her heart will never take off. She pushes her personal life into the company which can be really uncomfortable, and unprofessional. Finally, good luck trying to leave. Jealousy will run that exiting process.
