Pros
Laid back, sometimes too much. Jim is a very nice person and honestly think he means the best for all employees.
Cons
Hours are terrible... taking a lunch break is frowned upon even though they preach you have to take them. Theyll happily work you 12 hours a day and give you maybe a 30min break if that. Service techs will be worked to death if allowed. And when the techs push back they are 'lazy' Can never afford to pay more but the managers are always talking about the new thing they bought which us low level guys can only dream about.
